Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to Quality

We are committed to providing high-quality drain and sewer services. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with the work we perform. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

For drain cleaning services, if the same drain clogs within 30 days under normal use conditions, we will return and clear it at no additional charge. For repairs, we warrant our workmanship against defects for a period of 90 days from completion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For larger projects, payment arrangements may be made prior to work commencement.

4. Refund Requests

If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will investigate your concerns and work to resolve any issues. Refunds, when warranted, are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency service calls that are cancelled after our technician has been dispatched may incur a service fee to cover time and travel costs.
